Obesity is a condition in which excess body fat accumulates and can adversely affect your health. The range of 25-30 kg / m2 is defined as overweight. Some East Asian countries use low values ​​to calculate obesity. Obesity is a major cause of disability and correlates with a variety of disorders and conditions, especially cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, obstructive sleep apnea, certain cancers, and osteoarthritis. High BMI is a risk marker for illness caused by diet and physical activity, but it is not a direct cause. There is an interrelationship between obesity and depression, which increases the risk of clinical depression and depression and increases the likelihood of developing obesity.
